Can you believe the audacity? Pulled off “The Great Pawsburg Heist” today. Chased sunshine, fearlessly led the furry gang, including that sneakily smart Willie the cat. Mission? Fetching Feline Pet Emporium. Heh, a dog’s gotta do what a dog’s gotta do for crunch baby carrots and rubber balls, right?

Maneuvering during “Clean Pups” hour was tricky, but nothing stops Turbo Lurby from his best play plans! Trust Squirt to wiggle into the tiniest cracks or Sissy to distract with her lovable charm. Exciting few hours, indeed.

Now guess what? This brave Turbo hurtled fearlessly toward the Emporium in a – hold on to your tail, mom – wheelie bin! Would’ve made a Swiss watchmaker jealous with that precise entry and skid to a perfect stop. Saved Squirt, grabbed my carrots and balls amidst the escape!

Such a day! Just another Pawsburg adventure for old Cottonpicker.🤣 Licks and wagging tails!

Turby Lurby 🦴🐶🍖

Every dog has its day, right? And Turbo, oh our beloved Turbo, had a day like no other. Picture this, it’s a typical sunny Pawsburg afternoon. Shops buzzing, dogs yapping, and at the heart of it all, our very own Terrier-gang viz., Turbo, Squirt, and Sissy. Willie, the cat, occasionally lent his feline charm and surprisingly good tactical insights too.

Let me get you into the loop: The Great Pawsburg Heist – Collars were ruffled, tails wagged with tension, and it was all paws on deck, ready to raid The Fetching Feline Pet Emporium. My, oh my, the things dogs do for a stash of crunchy baby carrots and perhaps, the orange rubber balls that so uncannily resembled a baby, Turbo’s apparent obsession.

Turbo took the lead, as usual, while little Squirt mapped the routes. Can’t emphasize enough how handy it comes to be a long-haired Rat Terrier. As for Sissy, the adorable yet relentless snoop, she charmed everyone and likely unearthed half of Pawsburgh’s secrets by noon.

Now folks always consider Turbo to be this haphazardly independent furball, but lemme tell you something – put a bath in front of him, and the little brave knight bolts! So, plan B was born: the heist had to go down during “Clean Pups” hour at the Spa for Paws, turbo’s dreaded counterpart.

Turbo was racing around, his adorable legs a whirl of motion, looking for something, anything, that could be used as a jack. I’ll tell you this, Pawsburg holds its breath when Turbo’s on the move. Squirrel whiskers, you’d never seen Mean Muggy the Rottweiler scamper off quicker than when Turbo shot past him.

Meanwhile, Squirt had wriggled her way into The Fetching Feline Emporium through some undetectable crack. Sissy standing by, managed to distract the flamboyant feline clerk, by pretending to be enthralled by a sequinned collar – although I did see her sneaking glances at Turbo racing around.

The second Squirt got inside, the alarm went bonkers. You’d have to be living under a rock in Bulldog Bay not to hear it. Nor to see Turbo, at top peak performance, zooming down towards the Emporium, “Turbo speed! Turbo speed!” he barked. And in an exhilarating turn of events, our adventure-loving mixed Terrier steered a wheelie bin down Retriever River, aimed straight at the Emporium!

I won’t lie, I worried for a second. What if Turbo overran the shop? What if he crashed? But boy, was I underestimating his prowess. Turbo, with a precision that’d make a Swiss watchmaker jealous, barreled through the backdoor, released Squirt, bagged the carrots and his coveted orange rubber baby balls, and skidded to a stop.

All in a day’s work, eh Turbo? Whew, talk about a pup that knows how to turn any mundane day into a remarkable adventure!
