“I guess, friends, you’re wondering how a West Siberian Laika like me ended up in this crazy place called Pawsburg, huh? Well, pull up a comfy cushion, and I’ll whisk you away on quite a tail–I mean, tale.”

Nightfall descends, turning my world from rich, vibrant color to gentle shades of monochrome. Just as I had done countless times before, I sneak off to this miraculous place in between sniffing out my squeaky duck at home and another astoundingly uneventful day at The Groom Room.

With a taste for the unconventional – like savoring pineapple instead of cheese (yuck!), maybe that’s why I felt I belonged more to The Eastern White Westie Woods than within the comfortable confines of the Brindle Brown Boxer Beach.

As the lest rays of the sun give way to a twinkling stardom and metaphoric curtain of darkness, Pawsburg beckons my adventurous soul once more. Leaving the comforting walls of my beloved bakery behind, I embark on yet another thrilling escapade.

Pawsburg is one heck of a fetching place. The folks mostly keep to their territory, but we love to explore every whimsical corner of it. From the frost-frolicked lawns of Lower Silver Siberian Summit to the vibrantly eclectic Pupsicle Palace, we don our fairy-like capes and sashay into this divine canine utopia.

Now, you would think all’s cool and dandy in Pawsburg, but it is not all pup-cakes and bakery bliss, my friend. There’s a relentless stream of those noisy birds, disturbing my peace at Pawsburg Creek. But even that sour note can’t stifle my affinity for this place—I can always chew them a new one if they cross the line!

But remember when I mentioned that this story was paranormal Romance? Well, here’s how that unfolds!

I’m no lonely canine in these parts. You remember that chat about the squirrel in the park? Well, I’ve got this thing about him. I mean, we’ve developed this connection, the kind that leaves our tails in a frenzy and our muzzles wide with giddy laughter. Why, you ask?
