Tara PawWord Story
Hey mom, Spencerville saga continues! Petite Tara here; took the Dalmatian Desert by storm, struck many a pose at Best in Show Photography, and feasted on kibble and my fav Dental Dinosaur toy at Kibble Cuisine. Life sure is full of adventure in this Old West haven for us pets. Miss you lots, Terrible Tara Bull! πΎπ΅π·ππ¦΄
Why, even the wildest of Spencerville’s tales don’t size up to the exploits of petite Tara, our pied French Bulldog who’s got more life within her than Big Ben’s Whiskey Distillery on a hot Saturday evening.
You know her alright. Tara, with those clever eyes, like she’s seen more of the world than all of us cowpokes combined. She’s got this fancy for exploration, like a pioneer in her own right, but wouldn’t be caught six feet under a mountain or wilting away in the desert as if she were a cactus. Reminds me of the time she decided to tour the Dalmatian Desert, right here in our Spencerville. Her distaste for it rivaled only by her refusal to wet a paw in any pool worth its salt.
“You reckon she’s loony?” I once asked Eddie, another French Bulldog around these parts and somewhat a confidant to our adventurous dame.
Eddie had turned a cold shoulder to the desert too, maybe that’s what bound ’em together. That and their shared distaste for the unpredictable drizzle and white winters. He chuckled, “She ain’t. She’s just Tara, ain’t no more to it.” And those few words etched her image in my mind sharper than a Bowie knife.
Lower Dalmatian Desert wasn’t all grim to Tara, mind you. She cherished meandering over to Best in Show Photography after, striking pose after pose under the spotlight like she was the belle of the ball. Always had a knack for stealing the show, that one.
Come sundown, Tara, Eddie, and a rather motley crew of four-legged critters would saunter over to Kibble Cuisine for a feast. Tales of their escapades echoed through the wooden, chandelier-lit hall, belly laughter, and barks marrying in harmony. And, as her royal dessert, Tara enjoyed her much-loved Dental Dinosaur toy, gnawing at it like a trusty old cowboy tending to his tobacco.
That’s our Tara, living out her cheerful, fun-sized life in typical Spencerville fashion. Her spirit, vibrant and faithful, echoed within the classic Western walls. Day in, day out, she lived her truth, waiting patiently for the day she’d be reunited with the one family she held close to her heart.
Now, with her story etched into the annals of Spencerville, our petite adventurer knew, as we all did, that life, here in this unique Old West town for pets, was exactly as it was meant to be. That’s the beauty of our Spencerville; that’s the essence of Tara.
The End.
