Lupe Bella PawWord Story
Hey, just your favorite, petite Princess Lupe checking in. Reigning Pawsburg and living the doggie dream, full of canine capers every day. Survived the Great Fetch-off and a lemon tart scare at Mattie’s. All in a day’s work! As always, keeping spirit up and tail wagging. Love, Lupe Bella. ๐พ๐
Atop my humble perch upon the high tower of Corgi Castle, I, Lupe Bella, would often gaze upon my lively, bustling dominion. With the rosy touch of dawn, ’twas off to the daily exploits, with our Pawsburg brimming with the liveliness of us dogs. In my tiny frame resides an enormous spirit that yearns for exploration and adventure. As the crowned princess of Pawsburg, life is quite contrary to sluggish or monotonic, let me assure you.
One day, as master was away, we whisked ourselves to Shih Tzu Stadium, for it was the day of the Great Fetch-off. I watched fondly from the royal stand as Max, my faithful companion, the gentle goliath from next door, sprinted across the turf. The ball, almost a speck, jetted across the vast stretch of the field, and Max, with a grace surprising of his size, sprang into action. His immense paws stirred a mini tempest of dust, and the crowd, composed of Pomeranians, Poodles, and others, erupted in delightful approval. At that moment, I felt an odd sense of pride. Such was the way of our Pawsburg, where we understood each other in ways our human friends never could.
Now, Mattie at Bark and Bites loves to greet her beloved canines. She ain’t the type to fuss over and gets straight to the point. Swings open the treat jar and asks in her fluffy voice, “What would be the lady’s choice today?” Well, I am partial to the whiff of tuna, that irresistibly salty tang. Makes me feel at home, you see. Fetches me a slice or two like clockwork, lovely Mattie does.
Today, the tune changed slightly. “Got somethin’ NEW today, dear Bella. Lemme fetch it for ya.” Trusting Mattie, I lowered my guard, and oh, the horror! The piercing tartness, the acidic monstrosity – a lemon tart, it was! I hightailed it out of Bark and Bites, the awful scent haunting my dreams for nights thereafter.
Back at my castle, retrieving my reliable Dino from his spot near my ivory basket, I mused about the events of the day. Pawsburg exhilarates, but it can surprise you as well, and not all surprises are pleasant. However, at the end of the day, it’s all just part of the package. So, here I am, ready for the morrow, ready to reign, ready for more adventures as the crowned canine of Pawsburg.
The End.
