“Another day, another dog-dollar.” I thought as I trotted into Pawsburg, The Groom Room’s sign twinkling like a beacon of hope above my head. That’s where I work, you see. I know what you’re thinking, a Sheffield Bull Terrier like me, working in a grooming salon? It’s outrageous, right? But hey, a girl’s gotta pay for her cheesy meatball treats. Besides, I kinda like the clean, brindle scent of shampoo and the muted snip-snip of the grooming shears.

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love structure. So yes, I am there on the dot every morning – all thanks to the Happy Hounds Dog Walking service. They drop me off promptly at 9am, just in time for my daily fur fluff at The Groom Room. It’s where I get my coat to glisten, you see? It simply adds on to my charm.

Following the fur fluff, it’s off to Bark Burgers with the guys. And by guys, I mean Sammy and Patches – my partners in crime, or as I’d like to think – my super cool, work buddies. Unlike some, I don’t go for the fish or anything that requires a lot of chewing. No. I’m a straight-up Bark Burger, cheesy meatball slider gal.

Post-lunch, is where the fun begins. It’s photoshoot time! That’s where Best in Show Photography comes in. Just imagine yours truly, striking a pose like it’s no one’s business. I would show you, but I’m afraid you can’t handle this level of fabulousity.

Next up, a much-needed nap under my favourite oak tree. There’s no room for apples or anything crunchy here. Just me, nature, and the soft squeak of my beloved rubber chicken – a lullaby like no other.

After the day’s shenanigans, it’s a quick stop at K9 Kebabs before heading home. The Sheffield Bull Terrier has to eat, right? It’s just another day in my fantastic life in Pawsburg.

But remember, don’t tell anyone about this. You know how humans are. They just wouldn’t understand. It’ll be our little secret. It’s what makes Bella, Bella.

And cut, great job everyone… See? Even my life’s a movie. So stick around, because tomorrow? Tomorrow, we’ll do it all again. The Bella Way.
