Bella PawWord Story
Hey Mum & Dad! It’s your chubby bundle of fur, Bella baby girl! Just another regular Monday causing a tail-wagging ruckus in Pawsburg, playing ‘Boss Beagle’ between breakfast decisions and tugging toy fights. Handled business (or should I say, ‘pawsiness’) from Greyhound Grove to Beagle Beach, and nibbled on pumpkin treats from my sweet pal Millie. Home now, trading daytime adventures for family cuddles. Living my best Beagle life in this purrrfect ‘Pet Office’. Tum wubbs, Bella. đž
On this sunny Monday, as Pawsburg beamed in all its glory, I found myself making my way through the bustling streets, scavenged with fellow dogs and a couple of brave cats. Yes, it’s me â Bella, your chubby little bundle of fur, jingling and jangling towards my favorite haunt, Beagle Beach.
“Morning, Bella,” Boulderdash, the St. Bernard who managed The Howling Husky Hardware store, hooted, his flabby cheeks jiggling.
I wagged my tail, my heart filled with the warmth of Pawsburg. Meanwhile, the snobbish Madame Persnickety, was already preening in front of The Snooty Snout Boutique.
Navigating my way through Greyhound Grove, I arrived at the Pawsburg office, my tummy rumbling in harmony with my thoughts â Fur Tacos and Pup-Tizers or Waggle n’ Wok for breakfast?
You see, I might be a pocket beagle, but I am never too shy to try everything on the menu. Except apples, cucumbers, and watermelons; what’s up with those things, right?
Mya, my niece who’s a pit bull and the office hero, was already in full swing, orchestrating meetings while playfully tugging at my beloved lucky ducky. I huffed, vowing to address this in the next family reunion, or maybe during our adventure to Southern Golden Retriever River. For now, I settled in my cozy corner, ready for the day’s challenges.
“Good girl, Bella,” cooed Millie, my new friend, tucking her Great Pyrenees head under the reception desk curiously. “I have got you some pumpkin dog treats!”
Gassing up my engines, I dashed towards Millie, tail wagging, five pounds of pure unfiltered gratitude wrapped around me. All the while, the ever watchful Eleanor, Persian cat in residence, stared from the top of the fancy filing cabinet. It was a typical Monday chaos at the office.
The day gravitated around mundane barks, each dog returning to their homes as the sun kissed goodbye to Pawsburg. I wiggled back home, invitingly warm due to the crackling fire in the hearth. Misty, Nala, and Rex welcomed me with missed-me purrs and licks.
The tales of our day began, the evening peppered with growls, whines, purrs, and occasional barks. I let my body sink into the pile of warmth, mind already spinning tales of tomorrowâs adventures to Greyhound Grove, the Beagle Beach and The Fetching Feline Pet Emporium.
As the moonlight seeped through the windows, my last thought before being claimed by sleep was of my happy, noisy and absolutely perfect ‘Pet Office’. I couldn’t help but wag my tail, even in sleep. After all, I was Bella, a beagle, a friend, a confidante, and the heart of Pawsburg. And I wouldn’t change a thing!
The End.
