Vlad PawWord Story
Hey folks, it’s Vladdy! Landed in paradise a.k.a Spencerville, tail wagging, and heart beating in joy. Met old pals, ate the best meals, even faced the mighty bath! Now I’m feeling adventurous, brave and all cleaned up. Catch you on the other side of the rainbow. Woof and out!
Well, there I was – Vlad the Boston Terrier. In Spencerville. The promised land for pets after they’ve, you know, edited out of life. You’ve heard of it, right? Gorgeous place, full of lush groves, delicious eats and friendly faces. And did I mention the Maltese Meadow? Oh, the heaven of racing there unleashed!
First day, I said to myself, ” Vlad, old buddy, let’s navigate around.” It was bustling, you see. Dogs everywhere, shaking tails, set loose on a cloud of carefree existence. My buds were already there – Momo, Noah, Max, and Zeus. Imagine my surprise when Zeus, the large Yorkie, jogged up to me. “Vlad!” He barked. “Long time no see.”
And wouldn’t you know it, the place had a restaurant – Ruff-n-Read. I almost wagged my tail off when I saw that, just imagine, for a foodie like myself, finding a joint that was all kinds of yum. Steak, chicken, and hold your tongues, folks – they had spaghetti!
Rewarding myself to a hearty spaghetti plate after long hours playing fetch in the Greyhound Grove was a pleasure for life. Any ball would do, you know me. But sometimes those balls went farther than intended and guess what I had to do? Journey through the Dalmatian Desert. Mad, right? But the adventure was stronger, it always was.
True to myself, I did maintain my dislikes – the rain and noise. Yucks! It’s like static in the head, Can’t imagine dealing with rain here, but guess what, water still was my worst enemy.
I was about to vanish, vamoosh I tell you, when Noah, the loyal brother he’s always been, said with that stubborn grin of his. “Vlad, remember we’re here to get better.”
And that got me, right in the old ticker. Here I was in Spencerville, trying to become better, just like those smart, city folks on their path to The Good Place. And that’s when I decided to face the Bath.
So, here it is folks, the tale of how I, Vlad, conquered the big bath, right smack in the middle of the Groom Room in Spencerville. And let me tell you – it wasn’t a walk in Dalmatian Desert! But boy, did it make me feel adventurous, brave, and get this – all cleaned up! So am I better? Pawsitively, folks, pawsitively!
The End.
