As the shimmering gates of Golden Gate Gardens swung open, I could smell the delectable scents of Tail Waggers wafting through the air. It was like the Puppuccino Palace back home but without that beastly vacuum cleaner. In this new hood, there was no such horror—just streets paved with treats, and the only roar I’d hear would be the thump of wagging tails. Pure bliss.
