Jasmine PawWord Story
Hey Mom & Dad, it’s your Jas here, living it large in Spencerville. Becoming quite the local, gracing galleries, feasting on treats and causing mischief with my new feathery and furry pals. I miss you tons but don’t you worry, your ‘Bubbykins’ is basking in endless beams of sunshine, awaiting our reunion. Lots of love, Jasmine.
I remember her clearly, Jasmine, my black and gray speckled angel. Her vivacious personality, imbued with intelligence and mischievous wit, was a sight to behold. “Jazz, you’re one sweet character,” I’d murmur, as she sprawled on the floor, basking in the warm beams of sunlight streaming through the window.
In a place like Spencerville, a spiritual sanctuary for pets, Jasmine’s spirit lived on, illuminating every nook and cranny of the town. Even there, she held on her fondness for sunbathing, I reckon. Spencerville was a place sans sadness, abundant in joy. A haven for furry beings like Jazz who were waiting to be reunited with loved ones.
Jasmine had transformed into a local Spencervillian, if I may. Often found at Bark Burger, her favorite eatery, savouring the culinary delights served as a sure shot way of lightening her day. She would laze around at the Paws-A-Latte, an adorable cafe, and sigh contently after finishing those famous ham and cheese croissants.
The town center, with The Furry Friends Art Gallery, sometimes entranced her for hours. She’d gaze at the works of art, her eyes mirroring a childlike enthusiasm. The pharmacist at the Pawsome Pet Pharmacy would often chuckle as Jasmine trotted in with her olds pals Pahoehoe, Dotty, and Percy. The adventures they’d set out on together assured her parents that their gal had adjusted well in Spencerville.
They’d know she was looked after well, that she had fun-filled days exploring new digs, vibrant in her post-living life. She was their Jasmine, a loyal pug, stubborn to the bones, who’d tug on the strings of her heart shaped white patch and deny fruits that came her way, except for those bananas, of course.
Often on top of Siberian Summit, she’d gaze down at Collie Canyon, basking in the twilight hues. I picture her at North Chihuahua Castle in the heart of Spencerville, her gray eyes sparkling with undying affection, waiting, full of serenity and hope. She knew the time would come, when her loving human family would once again be by her side.
That’s our story, Jasmine and I. A woman from the world of the living, and a pug from a surreal town of passed pets, Spencerville. A story where boundaries blurred, where love was eternal, bound amidst the supernatural.
The End.
