King Lu PawWord Story
Hey there,
It’s your favorite four-legged canine crusader, King Lu. I might appear an ordinary pitbull by day, but as nighttime cloaks Pawsburg, I transform into the Knight of the Night, examining every nook and cranny for doggy mischief. Traversing from the Lower Dalmatian Desert to Chow Down Chow Chow with my pack, embracing the wilderness and freedom the desert wind offers, then wrapping it up with the Dapper Dog magic. Just a regular dog till sun-set, post that, I’m your friendly neighborhood dogspy.
Stay Pawsome,
King Lu.
The town of Pawsburg was innocent, wrapped under the blanket of mischief, courtesy of the deserting dogs. It was an espionage mission without borders every single night. We, the rascals of the four-legged world, never had a dull day, or by our nocturnal rights, a tame night, in the lively alleys of Pawsburg.
The night was a crazy quilt, so dark it gulped the light. I ventured into the Lower Dalmatian Desert, my ebony coat flowing like ink, a pit bull with a heart tempered by the harsh realities of human existence.
An eagle flying overhead cried out with a voice that rang out through the desert, almost akin to a secret code. Ah, signaled quarter past nine. Damn righteous moment, good enough to wiggle the heavy stone of solitude off my broad canine shoulders. Made me feel part of a conspiracy as wild as the wind in the desert, and twice as free.
My destination loomed in the distance: Chow Down Chow Chow, smelling of freshly cooked bones and mashed chicken. Not as appealing as my beloved pumpkin pies, but decent grub to fill the pit of an empty stomach.
The cityscape rolled away, smothered by the Lower Dalmatian Desert. My companions, Betsy and the old Lady Whiskers were nowhere to be seen; probably they had found their own adventures in Tan Dalmatian Desert. You could never guess the mischief hovering around in this dog town!
A glance to Chihuahua Castle echoed mystery. Nobody ventured there at this hour. Not even the courageous. Figured I’d try my luck at Pooched Potatoes or maybe the Bark ‘n’ Roll for a post-meal dessert: a treat at the end of it all.
Despite the adrenaline-pumping espionage around, none of it compared to my guilt-ridden evasion of the godforsaken postman in my human life. The scent of metallic paper that embodied those mail vans was like a wicked punch to my snout.
In the mad murmur of Pawsburg’s regular hustle, I found my solace; a sanctuary not so different from my quiet spot by the lake under the regular sun. Swapped sunshine with moonlight. Swapped the sober sights of humanity for a wild painting on a moving canvas.
More often than not, a stop at The Dapper Dog Salon was the perfect end to an espionage full night. They worked their magic on my beautiful black coat, a touch-up before I returned to my human realm.
And just like that, a night in the life of King Lu rolled away, a clandestine existence between two worlds. A tale of dog. A tale of espionage. A tale of dogspy. They say every dog has his day. But does every dog have his night, or should I say, the Knight of the Night, roaming Pawsburg, the city of nocturnal mutts? The answer simply lies in the sleeping eyes of your faithful canine.
The End.
